Meet Lindsey Denmark<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Lindsey Denmark has dedicated most of her life to serving others and strengthening the communities she loves.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prior to her real estate career, Lindsey joined a Florida-based grant consulting firm, specializing in funding for major infrastructure projects for local governments and economic development grants for small business owners.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through her municipal grant work, Lindsey Denmark developed a strong interest in real estate and its role in building healthy, thriving communities. As a result, she joined Watson Realty Corporation where she enjoys advocating for first-time homeowners, expanding families, and downsizing empty nesters through some of the most significant financial decisions of their lives.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2017, Lindsey has assisted more than 250 families in buying or selling their homes and in 2021, she formed her own real estate team as her business grew.<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout their lives, she and Dusty, her husband of 19 years, have served in staff roles at their local church. Lindsey is the Children\u2019s Ministry Director, leading weekly children\u2019s programming as well as Vacation Bible School each Summer and the Bible-based youth ministry, Awana Clubs, for children ages Kindergarten through 5th Grade.\u00a0\u00a0As supporters of Pate Ministries Missionaries to the Children of Ecuador<\/i>, her entire family travels annually to work with Ecuadorian children and their families to provide needed resources, children\u2019s activities and familial support while sharing the Word of God.<\/span><\/p>\n

Investing in the next generation brings her tremendous joy and she is passionate about creating environments where children feel supported, encouraged, and inspired. In 2021, Lindsey felt lead to launch a literacy program at Rutledge Pearson Elementary School. Partnering with school leadership and volunteers from her church, she helped establish a weekly reading program for kindergarten students designed to nurture a love of reading and learning in a fun and engaging way. Each year, her church also brings Santa Clause to the school to provide free photos with Santa that has become a highlight for many children and their families.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lindsey\u2019s connection to education runs deep. As the daughter of a Clay County School employee, who served for more than 35 years, she grew up surrounded by educators and witnessed first-hand the dedication and sacrifice required to help students thrive. That experience fuels her commitment to supporting teachers, empowering families and advocating for policies that put students first.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lindsey and Dusty are the proud parents of their son, Holden, who is the joy of their lives.<\/span><\/p>\n
